How to make a RumChata Pumpkin Pie Martini
Ingredients
1.5 oz / 45 ml Jamaican Rum (I used Appleton Signature)
1 oz. / 30 ml Pumpkin Spice RumChata
1 oz. / 30 ml Freshly Brewed Espresso
.5 oz. / 15 ml Ginger Syrup (I used Liber & Co. Ginger Syrup)
Technique
Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon
