How to make a Matcha Yuzu Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
2 oz. / 60 ml Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey
1 oz. / 30 ml Yuzu juice
1 oz. / 30 ml Simple syrup
Egg white
Barspoon of Matcha powder
Technique
Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and shake again until cold. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a few sprinkles of matcha.
