Dry shake all ingredients. 

Add ice and shake again. 

Strain into a chilled coupe and decorate with angostura bitters.

Whiskey Sour

Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.

Paper Plane

Put the sugar cube(s) in your glass and soak with a couple dashes of orange bitters and a couple dashes of cherry bitters. 

Muddle the sugar and bitters together. 

Add whiskey and ice sphere, stir until chilled.

Garnish with Luxardo cherries.

Dry shake all ingredients, shake a second time with ice, and serve in a chilled coupe. Garnish with Old Forge Cola Cherries and a biquinho pepper.


Peach Habanero Rock and Rye Whiskey Sour

Muddle cucumber in shaker and shake with other ingredients.
Double strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a cucumber slice or twist of the peel.

Irish Maid

Gently muddle mint and simple syrup. Add bourbon. Stir with crushed or pebble ice until chilled.
